Lol I'm not sure, you could ask :iconviolet-raincrow:. They're from a fantasy of hers and maybe only take from the style, but for all I know they could be European.

To answer your question, while they technically come from a fantasy world, ethnically speaking I'd call Vitae (the one on the left) the closest thing to a Roman if Rome didn't fall until the early 1700s, while Nathan (fop on the right) is more of a European mish-mash. The clothes are, of course, greatly influenced by the fashions of the late 1700s, and since it's a fantasyland I tend to mush around history, culture, and fashion and call it artistic license.
